THE MODEL
Follow along an easy-to-see development strategy that caters to the needs of your Union State.
The first four States to complete the 4 Steps to constitute a bona fide Union State are accepted into PKTF’s Model Union States Initiative as the 4 Models to work directly with the PKTF to develop each County Assembly Government body politic on their State.
What our de jure American government actually demands is self-governance via republican assemblies of the people who live in this country, a form of governance akin to the early Roman Republic. Our Founders chose this form of government as the one most likely to achieve their vision of what our government should be:
1. Strictly limited;
2. Aligned with the Laws of the Creator –Nature’s Laws;
3. Recognize the unalienable nature of our rights;
4. Protect the people and punish evildoers;
5. And otherwise, leaves the people alone.
The British Territorial Democracy, by contrast, is a de facto government that is:
A. An all-encompassing top-down bureaucracy;
B. Organized by Roman Statutes and Codes;
C. Converts all rights to privileges;
D. Punishes everyone to benefit the Crown;
E. Is as invasive as cancer.
Our republican form of government is provided by the county level local government maintaining the soil jurisdiction. It is created when (and only when) people claim their birthright political status and join together to create a County Assembly. The assembly is the established structure that Americans use to organize our government.
You populate all the county assemblies one by one, as people from every county join the effort while at the same time are populating the State of the Union assemblies.
When all the Counties join together like a “Crazy Quilt,” they give rise to its Union State.
The Union State controls the National Jurisdiction of the Soil across your whole State.
The State of the Union controls the International Jurisdiction for the whole State.
The Union State is the “sovereign and independent nation-state“, whereas the State of the Union is the instrumentality of the same people in international venues, both land and sea.

The following four Union states highlighted in this image, (comprised of their local county assemblies) are not yet the official four Union State Assemblies that will be taking part in this project. Official Union states will likely be made official during the summer of 2026.
Shifting the Current paradigm
In the Resurgence Pulse Report, Episode 8 “Reconstruction Roadmap,” PKTF examines certain paradigms that have helped Americans get to a place of reclaiming our freedom in international and global venues after learning that our de jure government has been missing for more than 150 years.
Upon that examination, we posit the paradigm shifts needed in order to translate those acknowledgements into reinstating sovereign local governance to full function in our communities and restoring our unalienable freedoms by reintegrating our national, international and global powers and anchoring them back into the voice of the sovereign and supreme local townspeople if we are to safeguard them from ever being usurped by any foreign interest ever again.
