Is The Peacekeeping Task Force a Useful Barometer by Which to Assess to What Level of Development Each American State Assembly has Currently Achieved?2024-05-14T09:04:20-04:00

Indeed! Yes.

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) was designed to amplify (and assist to qualify) where each participating American State Assembly is in terms of vertical development throughout any given point in time.

Each participating American State Assembly that is in direct contact with our office is provided a solid platform by which to present their progress, in addition to their own respective progression publications.

For those interested in learning more about their own American State Assembly progress, but are not easily able to locate their own State Assembly contact information may contact our office exclusively (through the TASA website) at https://tasa.americanstatenationals.org/contact/ for more on-the-spot information.

What type of Attire do PKTF – Assembly Liaisons Wear When Meeting With Local and State Law Enforcement Officers, Investigators, Chiefs, and Secretaries?2024-05-14T08:46:23-04:00

All PKTF – Assembly Liaisons are expected to dress accordingly when meeting to discuss business matters with their respective peacekeeping counterparts.

Blazers, button-up shirts and neckties with slacks for men and of the same, but with skirts or dress pants for women (necktie not necessary).

It is extremely fitting to dress the part when meeting other professionals to discuss important matters! Also, when meeting with our respective State Assemblies; now and in the future (within the physical meeting space of State Assembly locations) our PKTF – Assembly Liaisons are expected to dress accordingly.

A uniform dress code will be provided for all such Liaisons once each State Assembly has procured their accessible, physical meeting space for encounters with local and State Law Enforcement, Investigators, Chiefs, and Secretaries.

Regarding PKTF – Assembly Liaison Office Space – What are the Current Details on Build-out Structure of Physical Meeting Spaces?2024-05-11T19:04:21-04:00

Our offices advise that each State Assembly practice the Prudent Man Standard when taking on any additional expenses each year. We advise all General Assembly to consider funding each step of the necessary physical meeting spaces very similar to how the PKTF Central Office located in Louisville, Kentucky was established during May 2024.

Where Does the Federation of States see the Role of PKTF – Assembly Liaison in the Next 5 Years?2024-05-14T06:56:53-04:00

The concept of a PKTF – Assembly Liaison was launched in March 2024 after nearly a year of scenario-based preparations were conducted across all areas of peacekeeping environment.

The anticipation of success for all participating American State Assemblies is 100% overall. We expect within 5 years (from 2024-2029) nearly all 50 American State Assemblies will have utilized the role of PKTF – Assembly Liaison to the fullest extent. The fullest extent of PKTF – Liaison involvement will have contributed to complete recognition owed to each State Assembly after all of its 4 structural Pillars have been In-session.

Does a PKTF – Assembly Liaison Need to be Voted in by Their Respective Assembly Before Taking on the Role?2024-05-14T06:57:52-04:00

PKTF – Assembly Liaison is a Federation of States position.

In this, The Peacekeeping Task Force is an American State National (non-elected) Role. Such liaisons do not need to be voted in by their State Assembly. But each PKTF – Assembly Liaison does take part in an interviewing process by directors of The Peacekeeping Task Force prior to officially taking on the role. And a Letter of Good Standing provided by the State Coordinator is helpful in the interviewing process.

Who Oversees The Peacekeeping Task Force as an Unincorporated Service Provider Offered to all American State Assemblies?2024-03-20T22:27:39-04:00

It is the Federation of States that manages the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) continuously. The PKTF Directorate is inspected quarterly, and is open to a full service review annually. As The American State Assemblies rejoin the Union of States, it will be those State Assemblies who will be responsible for maintaining a service relation between PKTF and themselves, or to decide foregoing any further peacekeeping services upon each annual review.

The Committee most responsible for overseeing services that are provided to all American State Assemblies, is The Oversight Committee from each state General Assembly respectively.

Is a Checklist Used by The Peacekeeping Task Force to Assess each State Assembly for Validation/Qualification Preparedness?2024-03-20T22:16:49-04:00

Yes. The Peacekeeping Task Force utilizes a cyclical analysis process known as the Evaluation, Education, and Coordination (ECC) for purposes of validating each American State Assembly – only as the ECC process pertains to peacekeeping entities that are external to the State Assembly itself.

The process used for validation is provided to all PKTF – Assembly Liaisons at the State level as part of their own General Assembly, Oversight Committee service contribution.

What Does the Oversight Committee Provide at Each State Assembly Level?2024-03-20T22:10:02-04:00

Each State Assembly – General Assembly Pillar should lend itself to several Standing Committees to maintain its overall stability structure. The General Assembly, Oversight Committee (among them), therefore is one of the Standing Committees specifically, that is responsible for reviewing all high tempo developments across all sectors of each Assembly Pillar, especially when such developments have been observed as extraordinarily vital to next-stage service functionality.

The Oversight Committee is responsible for conducting official, nonjudicial hearings that the people (ASNs and ASCs) may have deemed deserving of further investigation depending on the circumstances and/or ramifications as a significant factor to accountability.

Furthermore, each General Assembly, Oversight Committee is maintained by support members comprised of American State Nationals in a temporarily participating and, therefore rotating fashion.

What are the Key Differences Between American State Nationals and American State Citizens?2024-03-20T21:56:06-04:00

An American State National (ASN) maintains no obligation to serve his or her State Assembly in any elected capacity.

An American State Citizen (ASC) maintains a temporary obligation to serve his or her State Assembly voluntarily in some capacity by way of earned election through an established, lawful election process of The People, by The People, and for The People.

Furthermore, regarding the ASN status – each American State Assembly fully respects the natural right not to infer, assume, presume, conscript or by any other means compel any American State National to become obligated to serve in any State Assembly function; neither by default or mandate.

Furthermore, regarding the ASC status – each American State Assembly is driven by Committee. In this, positive development, effective change, balanced oversight, and all other such relative effects and decisions remain in the hands of each American State National (ASN) where each State Assembly is concerned. All state-elected Citizenry simply maintain that they will carry out the choices decided upon of, by, and for The People in a manner that reflects the function of a prudent Fiduciary.

Until all peacekeepers that serve external to, but who are perforated alongside peacemakers internal to State Assembly functions have been properly evaluated, educated and coordinated (EEC) according to lawful means cannot yet serve in their official capacity as peacekeepers for their respective State Assembly.
