The year The Peacekeeping Task Force Went Online
Humble Beginnings
The Start of Something Bold
The humble beginnings of what is titled the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) in all that it was designed to be and how it has evolved only slightly, yet harmoniously over time.
“We have a new Peacekeeping Task Force to bring together all Law Enforcement and Peacekeeping service providers. Soil Jurisdiction County Reeves, the actual, lawful and proper State Guardian Militias, and The Continental Marshals Service as a cohesive network together with their respective local Municipal and State of State counterparts.”

Initial Executive Director Removed
Task Force Director Resigned after being placed on Administrative Leave
12 months Later – New Beginning
After a rocky first 12 months with several ups and downs; weekly worldwide access meetings, special meetings with the budding Continental Marshals Service- Marshals’ in-training, etc. it was discovered that the Peacekeeping Task Force leadership was severely lacking.
“The Peacekeeping Task Force, as a focal point of assisting all three external Assembly peacekeeping entities was fully integrated back to the Federation of States in the interim. Until other- more adequate and capable American People could be located to handle properly directing the tasks at hand all three of these peacekeeping services, therefore would have to rely upon the Federation of States Liaison Office for ongoing and future guidance.”

These three focal points were, yet again expressed as they were from the beginning in June 2020.
These tenets were then placed back on track and peacekeeping development projects and operations were set into motion once again. Only this time they were focused properly.

Peacekeeping 2.0 Done Right
24 months later – Leaps and Bounds
Two years later, almost to the day the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) has emerged from reconstruction as a fully capable peacekeeping organization.
Reorganization implementation took place in July of 2022 after 12 full months of analysis gathering, brainstorming, troubleshooting, real-time scenario based problem-solving incidents and in-depth research was collected and built upon anew.
Numerous long days and sleepless nights were logged in to contribute to what PKTF is today.
The official launch of the Peacekeeping Task Force (2.0)
As of 2023, the American States Assembly has at its disposal a fully capable peacekeeping nexus designed to assist their community development Assembly Militia (people), Soil Jurisdiction County Reeves, and The Continental Marshals Service at the international level.
Much can be said about what the journey has been for the Peacekeeping Task Force at this particular juncture, however, it is with tremendous honor we are able to announce this service is now fully operational in its scope and purpose.

PKTF - Assembly Liaison Training (first year)
Preparing to Confront the Sovereign Citizen Pejorative Head-On
12 months later – Service Strategy Planning Well Underway
2024 – A Year of Educational Expansion and Organizational Alignment
The year 2024 marked the beginning of a new rhythm within the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF), as each season opened with dedicated Training Days under the PKTF–Assembly Liaison Training program. Across two active Training Seasons, well over a dozen sessions brought together American State Nationals in training from nearly 30 States of the Union. In a calm and inviting atmosphere, new participants explored a burgeoning concept of Federation assistance designed to strengthen each State Assembly’s militia function in benevolent, non-combative ways. Central to the training was the development of Community Resiliency Units — local teams composed of men and women from every county focused on building skillsets, trades, and business opportunities that enhance local preparedness, foster American ingenuity, and ensure reliable response during natural or manmade disasters.
Meanwhile, PKTF subject matter experts began redirecting some of their time and resources toward studying and addressing the widely misunderstood “Sovereign Citizen” phenomenon. This work focused on developing an empathetic, fact-based framework to clarify distinctions between misapplied concepts of sovereignty and the true principles of American political status correction and self-governance. The goal was to bring understanding and balance to a topic that had reached a peak moment of confusion and revelation across the nation.
Organizationally, 2024 was also a defining year of growth. Within the four seasons, the last of the three remaining Directorate roles—the Assistant Director to complete the Company function, and the Affiliate Director alongside the Executive Secretary to complete the Administrative function—joined the team, finalizing the Staff Directorate and solidifying the leadership framework. With these appointments in place, the Peacekeeping Task Force closed the year strong, well-prepared to pivot into the next phase of development for 2025.

When Networking Successfully and Professionally Becomes the Number One Priority
12 More months – Radio Communication Opportunities Meets the PeaceBridgeNetwork™
2025 – Strengthening Communications Infrastructure and Fiduciary Clarity
In 2025, the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) advanced its operational readiness by prioritizing communications enhancements, including S2 intelligence protocols and radio systems critical for coordinated peacekeeping efforts across States of the Union. This built directly on 2024’s training foundation, emphasizing resilient, non-combative networks to support Community Resiliency Units during emergencies — ensuring rapid, reliable connectivity when natural or manmade disasters demand swift Good Faith Services from local county teams skilled in trades, businesses, and American ingenuity.

A parallel significant development came through key publications from the Federation-aligned efforts, notably Anna von Reitz’s September 2025 articles on platforms like seeksearchfindtruth.blogspot.com and newhumannewearthcommunities.com. These included “From the Office of the Fiduciary Regarding World Bank Transition” (September 5) and “Anna von Reitz Restoring Lawful Government” (September 21), which provided vital clarity on lawful government restoration, corporate obligations under federal constitutions, and jurisdictional distinctions — addressing the Sovereign Citizen misconceptions while reinforcing self-governance principles for Americans distinguishing sovereignty from corporate subject status.
With the full Staff Directorate now in place from 2024, these communications and fiduciary-focused advancements solidified PKTF’s framework, wasting no time in gearing up for expanded 2026 initiatives like the Sovereign Peacekeeping Matters Discussion Podcast.

The Very First of Their Kind Peacekeeping Resurgence Project Pulse Report, combined with an American Quarterly Newspaper and Weekly Podcast Launches Within a Year
Three Extremely Vital Networking Assets Are Created
What Quickly Takes Shape in Just 7 Short Months
2026 – Combination Launch: Podcast Syndication, Assembly Ledger, and Resurgence Project/PULSE REPORT Acceleration
Early 2026 marked a dynamic expansion in PKTF outreach and networking with the launch of three synergistic service initiatives. The Sovereign Peacekeeping Matters Discussion Podcast, dedicated to advancing peacekeeping situational awareness across States of the Union and Assemblies, became officially syndicated on PKTFnews.org as of March 2026 — amplifying its audio-only discussions on Good Faith Services, jurisdictional cooperation, Federation fiduciary updates, and lawful protections for Americans, service subcontractors, and assets.
Complementing this, The Assembly Ledger debuted on January 15, 2026, as a PKTF seasonal periodical with a “Pacific Primetime” evening release strategy (first week of winter, spring, summer, fall). It redefines journalism through deliberate, community-oriented coverage — capturing the day’s full pulse for reflective reading, fostering sustainable news-making, and supporting PKTF’s mission with balanced reporting on peacekeeping developments, self-governance, and resiliency units.

Within the past seven months kicking off 2026, The Resurgence Project/PULSE REPORT accelerated as a cornerstone grassroots initiative partnered with the International Outreach Think Tank. Led by Affiliate Director Louise Campbell-Anthony, this American State Assemblies effort focuses on lawfully and peacefully restoring the American government — earning trust through Phase 1 progress tracking, model county assemblies, and systemic outreach to reconstruct government functions originally intended post-Civil War, distinguishing true sovereignty from corporate presumptions while integrating PKTF’s communications, training, and peacekeeping strategy.
Together, these platforms form PKTF’s robust networking ecosystem: the podcast for dynamic audio insights, The Assembly Ledger for structured journalism, and The Resurgence Project/PULSE REPORT for foundational government restoration — all driving transparency, collaboration, and emergency response readiness amid 2026’s pivotal demands.
