Expanding the Directorate: A Strategic Move

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) is taking a significant step forward by expanding its Directorate to include Deputy Directors. This expansion is crucial to address current and future International Business Assembly contract agreements for services offered by PKTF. The addition of Deputy Directors will ensure adequate leadership on both the company and administrative sides of the organization, enhancing PKTF’s ability to deliver effective peacekeeping solutions.

It’s important to note that while PKTF operates under charter by the Federation of State and is answerable to The American States Assemblies and other Foreign State Assemblies that utilize its services, PKTF remains an unincorporated service entity. This unique structure allows PKTF to maintain its mission-driven focus without being beholden to unelected shareholders.

New Leadership Opportunities

PKTF is introducing two key Deputy Director positions:

1 of 2) Deputy Executive Director

This role will focus on company health, organizational public image, and intercontinental relations. The Deputy Executive Director will work closely with the Executive Director to shape PKTF’s global reputation and stress-test service offerings for potential use by various State Assemblies.

2 of 2) Deputy Executive Secretary

Concentrating on administrative support and liaison operations, this position will strengthen relationships with Assembly Liaisons and enhance the effectiveness of State Assembly Militias through improved coordination and oversight.

Training and Development

Both positions offer a unique annual training opportunity for status-corrected individuals passionate about public service and peacekeeping efforts. The first 12 months will be dedicated to comprehensive training, including shadowing current directors, familiarizing them with PKTF services, and building essential skills.

Post-Training Responsibilities

After the initial training phase, Deputy Directors will take on more active roles, including:

  • Engaging with International Business Assembly Committees
  • Refining PKTF’s service offerings
  • Supporting Assembly Liaisons and Militias

Current Directorate Structure

The existing Directorate comprises four key roles: Executive Director, Assistant Director, Affiliate Director, and Executive Secretary. The addition of Deputy Directors will provide critical support to both the public image and administrative operations teams.
