We, the people of The Peacekeeping Task Force of the Federation of States for The United States of America (Unincorporated), to establish a lawful and effective peacekeeping framework that protects our public and private rights, public and private property, and collective sovereign communities, do ordain and establish this, Charter.

Preamble

We, the people of The Peacekeeping Task Force of the Federation of States for The United States of America (Unincorporated), in order to establish a lawful and effective peacekeeping framework that protects our public and private rights, public and private property, and collective sovereign communities, do ordain and establish this, Charter.

Article 1: Purpose and Mission

1.1 Core Mission

  • Evaluate, train, and coordinate efforts of Soil Sheriffs (Reeves), State Assembly Militias, and Continental Marshals
  • Ensure public safety and prevent crime
  • Advocate for peaceful coexistence through properly defined jurisdictional boundaries

1.2 Community Engagement

  • Encourage active participation from all citizens, American State Nationals, and State Citizens
  • Promote educational programs on sovereign rights, equal civil rights, and corporate rights
  • Define responsibilities for rights as part of the Public Record

Article 2: Organizational Structure

2.1 Peacekeeping Task Force

  • Consist of trained personnel dedicated to enforcing Public Law
  • Protect citizens’ rights according to defined Jurisdictions
  • Operate under the authority of The American State Assemblies

2.2 Continental Marshals Service

  • Serve as a vital component of the peacekeeping network
  • Focus on community safety and law enforcement education

2.3 State Assembly Militias

  • Maintained by each State Assembly
  • Composed of State Citizens with declared birthright political status

2.4 Soil Jurisdiction Reeve’s (County Sheriff’s)

  • Maintain honor in service by protecting sovereign people and their assets
  • Elected according to proper elections
  • Serve within their Jurisdiction and throughout the county

Article 3: Accountability and Oversight

3.1 Law Enforcement Accountability

  • Ensure adherence to constitutional obligations
  • Respect citizens’ rights and those operating in sovereign capacity

3.2 Community Protection

  • Facilitate collaboration among peacekeeping forces
  • Provide lawful protection against unlawful actions by mercenary forces or corporate law enforcement

4.1 Educational Initiatives

  • Prioritize programs informing local Law Enforcement about Public Law
  • Enhance understanding of public duty

4.2 Training Programs

  • Provide ongoing training for peacekeeping forces
  • Equip personnel with necessary knowledge and skills

Article 5: Funding and Support

5.1 Community Contributions

  • Encourage community support through donations
  • Enhance capacity for training and coordination

5.2 Resource Mobilization

  • Facilitate gathering of resources for effective peacekeeping operations
  • Ensure access to essential tools and training

  • Address needs of the Federation and Union of States citizens

7.2 Amendments

  • Allow amendments proposed by any Federation member
  • Require ratification by majority vote within American State Assemblies

Article 8: State Annexation Prevention and Assembly Integrity

8.1 Monitoring and Identification

  • Assist in identifying concerns of State Annexation
  • Monitor operational status of American State Assemblies published as being In-session

8.2 Indicators of Concern

  • Absence of General Assembly meetings
  • Lack of evidence of Sessions Committee operations
  • Failure to publish agendas with approved minutes
  • Limited or no public access to General Assembly meetings

8.3 Preventive Strategies

  • Develop strategies to prevent emergency measures when Assemblies show operational decline
  • Provide support to maintain regular General Assembly meetings
  • Assist in establishing transparent record-keeping practices

8.4 Public Transparency

  • Advocate for public accessibility to Assembly operations
  • Ensure General Assembly meetings are open to the public forum
  • Promote regular publication of agendas and approved minutes

8.5 Emergency Response Planning

  • Develop contingency plans for maintaining Assembly integrity
  • Coordinate with other Assemblies for temporary support and guidance
  • Initiate review processes to address root causes of operational issues

8.6 Education and Outreach

  • Conduct educational programs on maintaining active and transparent Assembly operations
  • Raise awareness about risks associated with State Annexation
  • Share best practices for Assembly management and public engagement

8.7 Collaborative Solutions

  • Facilitate collaboration between Assemblies to share successful operational models
  • Provide peer support and mentorship for struggling Assemblies
  • Develop standardized procedures for maintaining Assembly integrity across the Federation
